All items will need some form of packaging. The type of packing will depend on the nature of the goods and the method of transport chosen. Generally speaking, you should pack the goods securely, to your own satisfaction, to avoid damage en-route. There are special regulations governing the packaging of hazardous cargo.

This will depend on the destination and the service selected. We can advise on transit time based on service selection at the time of booking or on request for quotation.

If you are a regular Shipper, you are provided with our credit terms norms and if not, we will usually require cleared funds in advance of delivery or shipment.

We can base a quotation on estimated weights and dimensions. We will weigh and measure your consignment on receipt and adjust the quotation accordingly.

This is a largely maritime term, meaning that the consignment will not comprise a full 20ft or 40ft container. This will mean that the shipment will become part of a group age container and entail additional handling.
